Main responsibilities

  • Working with the Head of Broadcast Operations to ensure broadcast integrity of the portfolio output, always ensuring flawless technical delivery of our programming.
  • Working with the Content Directors, producers and music teams to manage music and production clocks and logs in GSelector – ensuring accuracy for seamless execution at TX.
  • You’ll manage playout systems and processes including split commands and imaging in Zetta, to ensure the station sound is consistent and flawless, whilst ensuring programming teams are well briefed on the technical delivery of their programmes.
  • Working closely with the production team to ensure the stations and networks uphold the highest standards of station sound.
  • Building relationships with the Technology teams to deliver our audio strategy, ensuring technology is used seamlessly to enhance our output, and that the right support is provided round the clock.
  • Working with Bauer’s traffic and group production team to ensure the highest operational standards are met across the network.
  • Work with internal and external colleagues in news and INRIX to ensure consistent delivery of station elements across multiple networks.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience working in production or operations in a radio or audio business.
  • A strong understanding of programming and Ofcom rules and regulations
  • High level of commitment and dedication.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Quick learner of technical systems.
  • Calm and confident manner in pressurised situations.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • To communicate with clarity and positivity, both in person and in writing.
  • Proven administration, multi-tasking, and prioritising and organisational skills.
