Fix Radio, the UK’s radio station for tradespeople, is seeking a part-time Promotions Coordinator to assist with the organisation of our promotional tours across the country. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our promotional activities, ensuring our commercial partners are engaging with our target audience efficiently and effectively.

What the Job Involves
- Email Management Handle all emails related to booking locations for the tours, including confirmations, thank you messages, sending collateral, and addressing standard inquiries. Provide support to branch managers ahead of tour visits and ensure timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders.
- Location Booking Help the team secure suitable locations for tour visits by calling potential locations and managing the communication process. Maintain a well-organised system for tracking bookings and ensure thorough follow-up communication just before each event.
- General Management Perform daily tasks related to on-ground activities, such as uploading pictures on the website, sharing them with branch managers and relevant marketing teams, ordering supplies from vendors (e.g., Greggs), and making hotel reservations for staff members.
- Equipment Procurement Working with the existing tours team, identify and order the necessary equipment and collateral required for promotional tours, ensuring all items are in stock and delivered on time, manage inventory and track equipment usage.
- Client Communication Keep clients informed about the progress of promotional tours, including sharing updates, sending leads generated during events, and providing any requested information. Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all communications.
- Previous experience in a promotions or event coordination role is preferred.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in using email, online communication tools, and basic office software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- As this is a fully remote position a reliable internet connection will be required.
